Ethically Creative acts as a middle contact between the Hosts of my account and myself or my business. I will not be given access to contact the Hosts directly. Instead, Ethically Creative can be contacted during technical difficulties but cannot be held liable or responsible in any way for my account. 2. The Hosts of my website and email account(s) and domain name reserve the right to temporarily suspend my account in the event of spam or hacker compromise. It is my sole responsibility to ensure email and website passwords are highly secure and changed every few months to maintain their integrity. 3. Ethically Creative will always work with me to kindly keep me up to date whilst my Hosts resolve any technical difficulties or account compromise. For this reason no blame will be conducted on my part towards Ethically Creative during these possible occasions. 4. Password security and backup maintenance of my website and email account(s) is my own responsibility. Websites can be restored from the Hosts to a state of up to 7 days previous for a fee. I will keep my own local backups of website files and emails. 5. I have provided an email address that is not connected to my hosting account. This address will be used to contact me if the Hosts encounter technical difficulties where I cannot access my account’s email address. I will advise Ethically Creative if this address changes in the future. 6. If I am not happy with a hosting service for any reason, I will be provided with a backup of my website to take and setup with a new host at my own responsibility. 7. The email account which I am given is Webmail, located at http://mydomain.com/webmail. Support will be given for Webmail but third-party programs such as Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail will be setup and troubleshooted at my own responsibility. I can find third-party setup details via the ‘Configure Mail Client’ icon within Webmail.
